The girls are very nice, Sarah Harris was very good but now, last week she's gone, the new lady left me in an examination room for 1 hour and 20 mins and forgot I was there. Called me to ask why I didn't show up! I've sent emails and faxes and all of them were ignored. The Nurse Practitioner is the only person I've seen, never saw a Doctor. She messed up my Blood work and the paperwork she asked me to do on m BP for two weeks she lost, never even saw it. No communication with the front desk, it's really sad, they used to be good.

I have the highest regard for this office for many reasons. To begin, when you arrive you are greeted, and not with a sign in sheet without eye contact or acknowledgement of your personhood. From there, I must primarily mention my experience with Damian, assume he is part owner or office manager. Damian has gone far, far beyond what you might call standard treatment into the stratus realm and continues to do so with care and skill. When I experienced a challenging health situation he went so far as to meet me at the specialist's office. Unheard of. Phone calls are handled. It is apparent the entire staff who is also excellent works as a team and enjoys doing so. Most would admit this is a critical contribution to the success of any business, the medical field even more so. My thanks!

I’ve been cruise ship hopping and away from my home state. I was having issues getting some of my prescriptions and establishing a doctor to assist me. I called this office and they squeezed me in same day. They were very kind and extremely accommodating. In the same day I was able to get off a cruise ship, be seen, refill my prescriptions and they have me set up to accommodate me in the future as well. They are kind and thorough and I didn’t have to wait as they were punctual as well.

After recently moving from west Broward I found myself looking for a new Doctor. I was so fortunate to discover Dr. Gilbert Weiner. Without exception, every point of contact with his office has been exemplary in every way. Damien has taken a true interest in my health and the entire staff is pleasant, kind and helpful. Dr. Gilbert has helped me feel at ease and I highly recommend his practice.

As a part of the healthcare profession I am very cognizant of how an office should run and let's just say that I was extremely impressed with Kelley and the office staff at Healthstone. Everyone from the front desk to the Medical Assistant and Assistant Nurse Practitioner were highly professional and very thorough. Kelley is a ray of energetic sunshine and I felt immediately, like I had a partner in my physical well being, and for me that is HUGE. There was no stone left uncovered (no pun intended). I look forward to returning to the office to continue my journey to better health. I would HIGHLY recommend this office, and Kelley in particular, to anyone looking for a provider that cares.

Everyone was super helpful and attentive. Beyond that even, they were so empathetic to my issues and expedited assisting me. I was fully satisfied with staff there, I felt well taken care of!

The communication from the get-go has been fantastic. I was greeted by Damians friendly face when I arrived. As soon as paperwork was completed I was escorted to my room. Nurses and nurse practitioner, Melissa were super friendly, efficient and genuinely care about their patients. I didn’t wait more than four minutes between everyone. I am so happy we made the switch to their office.

My first visit to Healthstone Bayview today and it was a really nice visit. Their offices are bright and clean, staff was friendly and helpful. I was there to establish a new primary Dr. as mine moved away.
I had looked online and read great reviews for Kelley Maple, Nurse Practitioner and I was not disappointed.
Kelley was very knowledgeable and helped me resolve medical issues that I have had for a while!
I left more informed than when I had arrived, they gave me a copy of my mammography prescription just in case there were any issues when I arrived at testing site. They called in my prescriptions to Walgreens, so I could pick up what I needed directly from pharmacy!
It was an amazing experience. I am going to tell my husband to go there for his physical too when he is ready.
Looking forward to my next visit!

I can’t thank you enough! We had a beautiful Thanksgiving with our family thanks to you , we were all tested for COVID-19 so we could be together and Damian actually called us early on Thanksgiving day to let us know that we were negative! Really! Who does that on their day off !! Everyone was very nice and helpful, the office is spotless... I definitely recommend this place... Can we give them 10 stars ? ✨

Very happy to have found this practice, they are caring, wonderful people, just sad that it took me so long to find them, at 85yrs old, trust me I have had many Primary Physicians, they are hands down the best, across from Galleria you can shopping after your appointment, which is always on time. I have been a patient of Dr. Weiner for several years. He is an old fashioned Doctor, he takes the time to listen and then provides honest and very complete explanations and treatment. He is a wonderful Doctor who I trust with my life.
